Thank you for taking the time to learn about the free service that we are offering. Below is a simple description of the nature of the Free service.

How to Qualify for the Free Service

The store must be created by us - Juan Devs. After the setup is complete, we will transfer the ownership to you. However, if you already created the store from Shopify, check what other services we can offer you here.

How are we able to provide this Free Service?

As a Shopify partner, all stores created by us 'Juan Devs' and successfully transferred to you will have the potential to earn from the referral. Having us set up your store will not incur any additional fees on any plan or subscription. It is how Shopify, You, and Us all win-win-win!

The following are in the Free service:

1. Create a store from Shopify. It is free, and Shopify will not charge you until you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

2. Select a 'free theme' to best suit how you want your store to look.

3. Free 3 hours of setup support to customize your store. It includes setting up contact information, site navigation, pages, etc.

4. When you upgrade to a paid plan, we will give an additional Free 5 hours of support for further store setup and customization.

The following are exclusions from the service:

1. Application development. This free service does not include any development work to extend the capabilities of the Shopify platform.

2. Theme development or customization. We will set up themes for your store as provided by the theme developer. Minor changes are possible, however, it will be counted in your free 5 hours.

3. Product input. This free service does not include adding new products to your store.

What we will need from you:

1. E-mail. We will require a working e-mail as this is needed to invite you to gain staff access. After becoming a staff, we will be able to proceed with the transfer of the store to you.

2. Name of your store. Please list some possible names that you would like to name the new store.

After receiving the information above, we will proceed to set up the store. No commitment from your end is required.

Other important things to take note:

1. Throughout the process, we will not be asking you to provide any form of payment, especially credit card information. Should you wish to upgrade to a paid account, you can do so with Shopify, but not thru us. What we can do, however, is guide you through the process.

2. After creating the free store, we will be sending an e-mail to invite you to become a staff of the store. Once you become a staff, you will gain access to the store admin page.

3. It will be entirely up to you if you wish to complete the transfer of ownership. Should you choose not to proceed, you only need to inform us so that we can archive the shop from our end.
